What is a Directors' Lunch?

The purpose of the Directors' Lunch is for paid up Members to access business people who would not normally attend network meetings. It is often commented that there is a level of business person who does not attend mainstream events and this is an ideal opportunity to access their knowledge and expertise.

Restricted to 12 people maximum the meetings are held in a private dining room with a top class  lunch. Content is confined to the meeting ensuring confidentiality and an element of exclusivity. In this way guests are able to ask questions about business that they would not normally field in an open meeting.

The next date for this increasingly popular lunch with a difference is March 26th and our Guest for Lunch is Tim Kidson , co-author of 'How to be a WINNER in the Global Knowledge Economy’Tim will be leading the table on a discussion of 'Marriage Guidance for Business Lovers' !

To be held at Fishmore Hall, just outside of Ludlow in their private dining area. Please e-mail business@theruralmeetingplace.com to confirm your interest.

Past Guests have included Peter Pawsey of the Rural Regeneration Zone, Advantage West Midlands and also Business Link West Mercia and Jean Pousson of Jean Posson Ltd and representing the Institute of Directors.

Pauline Finlay, Deputy Agent for the Bank of England was the guest at the May lunch.

Future guests are predicted by Member request and The Rural Meeting Place will endeavour to secure their attendance. Is there somebody you would like to meet?
